Submit Rent Receipt and Pay Monthly Fee

How to do it:
1. To take a screen capture of the payment confirmation page or confirmation email, press PrtScn.
2. Open a word document and simultaneoulsy press Ctrl + V. This will paste the screenshot into the document.
3. Save and upload the document.
1. To take a screenshot of the confirmation page or confirmation email, press Command + Shift + 3 and then release all keys.
2. Now look on your Mac desktop and you should notice a new .png file that contains the words screenshot in the title. This is the screenshot you just took.
3. Double click on the file and it will launch in Preview or your image viewer of choice. You should see the image of your desktop as it was when you snapped the screenshot.
4. Save and upload the document.

How to do it:
Take a picture of the rent receipt to upload the image.
If payment was placed in a rent drop box after hours, please stop into the office to ask for a rent payment receipt!
ALL APARTMENTS AND MANAGEMENT OFFICES ARE WILLING AND ABLE TO PROVIDE A RENT RECEIPT IF REQUESTED!
